This is the #1 question we get. Check out the Naptime and Dropping the Swaddle and sections in our0-6 Month Book to make sure you have all of the key elements in place. We also recommend re-watching the Successful Naptime video in your 0-6 Month Online Course.
Additionally, you will find many helpful nap-related blogs in our Knowledge Center . Our Instagram page is another great place to learn more tips and tricks.
For more personalized support, we recommend working with one of our Certified Consultants.
First, be sure to use ourFREE Baby Food Introduction Calendar. It’s a great intro to foods. It starts at two times a day, and works up to three!
Schedule:
Stay on the 4-6 month schedule, do one food feeding at 8am and the second at 4pm. Work up to adding in the lunch food feeding. NOTE: Until they’re 1, babies get all the nutrition that they need from milk. Introducing solids at this point is just for practice and to provide consistency.
Moms on Call Consultants offer a premier service by working directly with parents to create customized guidance and support tailored to specific families needs. They can help with most non-medical questions you'll have related to sleep, routines, feeding and general wellness for the first 4 years of your child’s life.
Unlike the competitors, every Moms on Call consultant is a licensed nurse with pediatric experience who has completed a rigorous certification process. Plus they're all moms who have successfully used Moms on Call in their own homes!
In addition to being a licensed nurse with pediatric experience, our Certified Consultants are hand-selected, thoroughly pre-vetted, and go through extensive training to maintain exceptionally high standards.
Anything non-medical related. Typical topics include: feeding, sleep/nap schedules, formula and nutrition, nighttime routines, baby equipment, teething, and more.
Consultants do not discuss medical related concerns.
For any medical questions, please consult a medical professional.
Moms on Call does not offer night nursing services. However, we're happy to connect you with our vetted and trusted partners in select cities. Contact us for more information.
