First, be sure you’re using our FREE Baby Food Introduction Calendar. This is a great intro to foods and starts at two times a day, and works up to three! Stay on the 4-6 month schedule, do one food feeding at 8am and at 4pm and work up to the lunch food feeding. You’ve got this!
