I recommend this book to literally every mom I know. I currently have a 6 week old (third baby) and I’ve used this book with each of my kids. I SWEAR by it! Great reference for new parents. Provides a lot of peace of mind
This was recommended to me by my sister-in-law whose daughter had a copy when she had twins. My grandson has his days and nights mixed up, so this book was highly recommended.
