There are so many 'expert opinions' on raising healthy children. As a parent, it's easy to become overwhelmed with all of the information. Our first caller on today's episode is afraid to speak to someone about lactation issues because of this fear.

Erin from Mississippi: I have been formula-feeding and pumping to supplement her formula with breast milk because she could not latch, but now she is nursing, but my supply is not enough. I'm terrified to talk to a lactation consultant because I'm afraid that her advice might contradict the schedules that we follow with Moms On Call. What do you think I should do?

Today's bonus calls:

Cynthia from South Carolina: I have a little one who is about to be three months old. I haven't started swaddling him with one arm out because he's not really showing signs of rolling yet. We've been practicing. He's been good with tummy-time. Can start swaddling him with one arm out starting next week?

Morgan from Charleston, South Carolina. My little girl is getting closer to switching or adding in solids and I did not know if there was a way that you would suggest getting on the schedule for Moms On Call book, but make it more gradual.
