Solids, swaddles and sleep

Season 2 Episode 29 | Solids, swaddles and sleep

Jessica, from Birmingham, Alabama: I heard that there have been some guideline changes to when solids are recommended to be introduced, and I am open to trying new things and possibly introducing solid foods, but I wanted to get your opinion and thoughts.

Erin, from Mississippi. I have a three and a half month old who is really struggling with her naps during the daytime. So how long is it appropriate to allow her to keep being swaddled or using the SleepSack during the day to salvage those nap times?

Lela, from Colorado. My six month old is waking up around 6 or 6:30 and sometimes he is just up for the day. Should we think about moving his bedtime up?
