The holiday season can be filled with chaos and lists with just one more thing (or ten) to do. One of the greatest things we have found that brings laughter, mess and yumminess is a cookie recipe that only comes out during the holiday season! And let’s be real, it doesn't feel quite like the holidays if we aren’t in the kitchen making yummy treats with the ones we love!
This year, find a recipe from Grandmother’s cookbook or your favorite Pinterest board and grab the kids. Let the flour spill, fingers get covered in dough, pour and laugh as you spend time together. These moments truly are the things they remember!
These cookies are one of our favorites and since they have flour, oatmeal and pecans, then surely they are almost a breakfast food, right?!
