We ship via USPS (First Class or Priority). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, delays experienced by USPS are beyond our control. Widespread delays are rare and you can always visit USPS.com to review current service disruptions.
International orders may incur additional charges such as VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges, per your country’s import regulations. We understand that unexpected costs can be a bit of a shock. That’s why we’re committed to keeping you informed from the very beginning. If these charges are declined at delivery, unfortunately, your order will have to be returned. In such cases, we’re unable to refund the shipment costs. We take every step to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. We partner with APC Postal Logistics for shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Purchases made from momsoncall.com are shipped by our incredible fulfillment team that works tirelessly to make sure orders are shipped quickly and correctly. Moms on Call is the only approved seller of Moms on Call products on Amazon. When purchasing on Amazon, be sure that it says “Sold by Moms on Call Store” to ensure that you will receive a new, authentic and current version of the product. We do not authorize any resellers on Amazon. Purchases of Moms on Call products via Amazon Prime are not shipped by Moms on Call.
Although it is rare to be contacted about returning our materials (thanks for loving them!), it is customary to include this information here. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Moms On Call LLC.
Books, Sound Machines, Pacifiers & Bottles
If you ordered the wrong book or simply changed your mind, we offer a 14 day return or exchange window for unopened and unused books, sound machines, pacifiers and bottles. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
Upon receipt and confirmation that the product is unopened and unused, we will send your requested replacement or process a refund to your original form of payment. You may use the carrier of your choice to ship your item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return.

We can only accept returns of products purchase through momsoncall.com. For returns of products purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon.
Moms on Call Swaddle Blankets are non-refundable; so you can be assured that your baby is the first baby that has ever touched our soft, fresh blankets. We spend a great deal of time making sure that these soft wonders are impeccable. If there is a flaw in the manufacturing, please contact us at [email protected].
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases of courses. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof (as detailed below) that you viewed all of the course content, followed the recommendations and it did not work for you.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, within 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 ET. You must include your complete information with your request for a refund.
eBooks and iBooks
Our eBooks and iBooks are subject to the policies of their respective delivery agencies iTunes (Apple), Kindle (Amazon). These products are not purchased through Moms on Call, LLC and we do not have access to any of their transaction information.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you unpack your Moms on Call order in an excited frenzy and discover that your order is incorrect in any way, just email us at [email protected]. We will fix it.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your designated appointment time by using the button in your confirmation or reminder email, or by emailing us at [email protected]. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible to be refunded 50% of the cost of your paid consult. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you will be refunded 100% of the cost of your paid consult. Refunds will not be granted for missed appointments. Once a service begins, no refunds will be provided.
