We started Moms On Call more than 15 years ago to help parents navigate the first four years with truth and confidence. Over the years, we’ve been blessed to serve hundreds of thousands of parents through personal consultations and our books and resources. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that we would one day welcome one of those same parents into this side of the business as our new CEO.
We are proud to announce that Morgan Eddy has officially joined our team, bringing with her a proven track record in the financial sector, focused specifically on product management and client experience—not to mention her firsthand knowledge of Moms On Call, having used our resources with her two children, Barnes and Charlie.
We met Morgan and her family after the birth of their first child, three-year-old Barnes. We had the privilege to walk with them and provide support and guidance as they began their parenting journey. Morgan reached back out to us almost 2 years ago and shared that she felt called to work with Moms On Call in some way, shape or form, but the timing wasn’t quite right. And as we all know, timing is everything. In January of this year, we found ourselves looking for a new CEO, and we remembered the poised, passionate and qualified woman who had reached out many months before. We reconnected with Morgan and the rest is history! Her heart for Moms On Call and the families that we serve was exactly what we needed.
As CEO, she will shape our brand strategy, align our priorities and, most importantly, help us get Moms On Call into the hands of even more parents in need of not just the tools, but the confidence and encouragement to go from surviving to thriving.
Within her first several weeks, Morgan has already proven an invaluable asset to our team. Her background in client experience and product management aligns perfectly with our vision to increase awareness and access to our resources, and her experience as a Moms On Call parent herself qualifies her to help lead our organization in a unique and important way. Morgan has a huge heart for helping parents, and we look forward to seeing her shape our brand with care and thoughtful leadership, now and in the years to come.
